Lenny Kravitz 'I Belong To You' & uROk tips for true love!

It's my 18 year anniversary with my most awesome husband Matt Kirk today and I wanted to share the love with you all before we continue on with our private celebrations heh heh.

If you're a 'single' out there, please be assured that true love really does exist and contemplate on these ideas below:

1. Never settle for second best - you know in your heart how you really feel.

2. Stay true to your vision of love. Most importantly however (and contrary to what a lot of life coaching 'experts' will say) don't be so concerned about visualising your life partners physical appearance, concentrate rather on their internal qualities and how they make you feel. When I first met Matt it was not 'love at first sight' but love at first 'connection'. When we spoke our hellos and shook hands I think I knew then I'd be with this man for the rest of my life.

3. When you find someone you can love - focus on what you do love about them and not the tiny imperfections we're all blessed with. Seek always to understand before being understood.

4. Have fun!!! Matt and I are best friends. We've always been like two peas in a pod. Yes, we have some different interests and ideas on some stuff but at the heart of the matter we are deeply connected through our common values. Not every value is the same but the primary values of Love, Faith and Service are those that underpin all our decisions. It's easy to agree on the big things because our decisions are driven from the same point.

If 'Love' is your current NOG (Number One Goal) and you feel it's key to the 'Dream Your Live, Live Your Dream' vision for you don't lose faith or motivation. Check your mental diet and revisit the tunes you're playing on 'Radio Me'. Are they thoughts that serve or hinder your goal? Develop some 'Iam, I now, I feel' mantras to keep you on track. Are you doing the types of things that will serve and support your goal? If you want to meet someone you'll have to leave your loungeroom!
